Inspired by the French Riviera vacation in Monaco coupled with the supreme harbourside location^, MONACO MARINE features an artistic touch of super yacht from clubhouse design, facilities, and unit design.
Tower 1A named Polaris2, a guiding star navigated sailors in the ancient voyages; Tower 1B named Sirius2, the brightest star in the night sky, with its name derived from Greek word meaning “sparkling”.
1. Clubhouse facilities may not be immediately available for use upon the delivery of vacant possession of the units. The opening hours and use of different facilities are subject to relevant laws, land grant conditions, terms of the deed of mutual covenant and sub-deeds of mutual covenant (if any) of the Development and the conditions of the actual environment. The Vendor reserves the right to make modifications and changes to the clubhouse facilities and the partition, design, layout and use thereof. Clubhouse and other recreational facilities may be subject to charges. The design of the Development and/or the Phase shall be subject to the final approval of the relevant government departments. The Vendor reserves the right to amend the building plans and other plans of the Development and/or the Phase or any part thereof. The Vendor reserves the right to make modifications and changes to the clubhouse facilities and the partition, design, layout and use thereof without notice.
2. "Polaris" and "Sirius" are respectively marketing names of Tower 1A and Tower 1B only and will not appear in any building plans, deed of mutual covenant, sub-deed of mutual covenant (if any), preliminary agreement for sale and purchase, agreement for sale and purchase, assignment, title deeds or other legal documents relating to the Development and/or the Phase.
